This will depend on what you need. Our expert can create a simple report in 1-2 hours, while complex reports can take weeks to prepare. Most reports take an average of 4-5 hours.

All of our software licenses are perpetual, meaning you can use the software you purchased forever at no additional cost, in the environment it was built for.

All upgrades are included for one year starting on the date of your initial purchase, regardeless of whether subsequent licenses were added to your account later on. After the first year, you can renew the update service for an additional year at any time.

The current price for the renewal is computed from your number of licenses. The base price is 249$ for the XLGL Personal Edition (or your first 2 licenses in case of volume licensing), then 65$ per additional licenses. For example, if you own 5 licenses, the renewal cost will be 444$ (249$ for the first 2 licenses, then 3 X 65$ for the additional licenses).

Go to your online account and click on "Serial Numbers", then click "Renew Update Subscription" for your serial number. The price will automatically be calculated according to the number of licenses you own.

Try the following:

1. Save your work and close all Excel Windows.
2. Click on the Windows Start Menu button.
3. Navigate down to the XLGL group and open it.
4. Click on Register in Excel.

If this does not solve the problem, you may have to remove the XLGL add-ins from the Disabled Items list in Excel:

1. Open Excel.
2. Click on Options.
3. Click on Add-ins.
4. Select Disabled Items from the Manage dropdown box at the bottom of the window.
5. Click Go...
6. Select the XLGL add-in(s) from the list and click on Enable.
7. Click Close.
8. Click OK in the Options window.
9. Close Excel.
10. Click on the Windows Start Menu button.
11. Navigate down to the XLGL group and open it.
12. Click on Register in Excel.

No. However, it may be possible to take the existing report template and adapt it to XLGL.
