How do I upgrade my Serial Number to Platform Plan?

Converting a serial number to a Platform Plan ensures uninterrupted access to features, security updates, and priority support. The transition aligns with Logicim’s scalable licensing model designed to help small business reporting achieve clarity and confidence.

Step-by-Step Conversion Guide

1. Sign in to Your Account
2. Sign in and go to the Profile page.
3. Access Your Serial Numbers
4. Go to the Serial numbers tab.
5. Locate the serial number you wish to convert.
6. Initiate Conversion
7. In the row of the selected serial number, click Renew and it will redirect you to the Renew page
8. In the Renew page click the Upgrade My Serial Number button.
9. Select a Plan
10. A pop-up displays available plans.
11. Plans appear only if license count matches product minimum.
12. If the minimum quantity of a product matches your license count, it will appear as an option.
13. Review carefully and select the option that optimizes usage.
14. Platform Plan Options:
15. Personal Plan – Single user with 2 computers per user. Selecting this plan applies to 1 license only.
16. Business Plan – Minimum 2 users, no maximum. 2 computers per user. Includes single Owner and Users.
17. Enterprise Plan – Minimum 2 users, no maximum. 3 computers per user. Supports all roles.

21. Confirm Your Conversion
22. Confirm the plan by clicking the Upgrade button in the pop-up window.
23. System processes the conversion and adds a new item to the shopping cart.

25. If the serial number is not expired, an automatic coupon is applied for the remaining days.
26. Removing the conversion item also removes the coupon.
27. A different coupon can be applied if preferred.
28. Checkout
29. On the checkout page, click PAY NOW.
30. After purchase, return to Profile page and open the Platform plans tab to view the converted plan.
31. Finish
