How do I add more licenses to my Logicim XLGL Platform Plan?

With Logicim XLGL Platform Plan, adding more licenses is fast, secure, and flexible so your growing business can keep moving without interruption.

Who can add licenses?

Only users with the Owner or Buyer role can add licenses to a Logicim XLGL Platform Plan. This helps protect your subscription’s security and ensures that all changes are authorized and consistent.

Before you begin

Make sure you understand the difference between Original License Count and License Count to avoid confusion later.

  1. Original License Count is the number of licenses you have already paid for (either when purchasing the product or when adding licenses).
  2. License Count represents the number of licenses currently in use.


Example: If you purchased 3 licenses but decide to use only 2, you can reduce your License Count to 2. You will be able to use only 2 licenses, but you can increase it back to 3 at any time before your next renewal.

Steps to add licenses

  1. Check your current license count
  2. Go to your Profile page and open the Logicim XLGL Platform Plans tab.
  3. Select the plan where you’d like to add licenses by clicking the Manage button.
  4. On this page, you’ll see Original License Count (licenses already paid for) and License Count (active licenses).
  5. Increase your license count
  6. Update the License Count field to match the total number of licenses you need.
  7. If your License Count exceeds your Original License Count, a confirmation message will appear. Click Yes, please proceed to add the new item to your Shopping Cart.
  8. Complete checkout
  9. A prorated coupon is automatically applied, ensuring you pay only for the remaining days until your next renewal.
  10. Choose your payment method and confirm. If you use a different credit card during checkout, it will become your saved payment method for future renewals.
  11. Activate your new licenses
  12. Once payment is complete, both your Original License Count and License Count are updated instantly, allowing new users to start working without delay.
