How Do I Cancel My Platform Plan Subscription?
We understand that needs change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your Logicim Platform Plan subscription. The process is simple and ensures you remain in control of your account.
Who Can Cancel a Subscription?
Only users with the Owner role on the Platform Plan can cancel a subscription.
Steps to Cancel Your Subscription
- Sign In to Your Logicim Account
- Sign in to your Logicim account and go to Profile page.
- Go to the Platform Plans Tab
- Navigate to the Platform Plans tab under your profile.
- Select the plan you wish to cancel by clicking the
Managebutton. - Make sure you have the Owner role.
- Cancel the Plan
- In the plan details, click the pencil button.
- In the
Statusfield, change theStatusto Inactive. - Click the
Updatebutton to save your changes. - Cancellation Confirmation
- You’ll receive an email confirming that your plan has been cancelled.
What Happens After Cancellation?
- No further automatic renewals will occur.
- Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
- No further renewals or charges will occur once the billing period ends.
- You will lose access to all Platform Plan features after your plan expires.
