Before You Begin

1. Have your current subscription details ready (serial number, licenses, expiry date).
2. Decide which Platform Plan aligns with your goals: Personal, Business, or Enterprise.

Step 1: Review Your Current Subscription

1. Sign in to your Logicim account.
2. Visit Renew Update Subscription page or the Profile page under Serial numbers tab.
3. Select the Serial Number you’d like to upgrade.
4. Click Renew.
5. Any unused subscription time will be automatically prepared as a credit coupon toward your new plan.

Step 2: Choose the Best Platform Plan

1. On the Renew page, click Upgrade My Serial Number.
2. The system will recommend the right plan for you:
3. Personal Edition with 1–2 licenses → Personal Plan
4. 2+ licenses → Business or Enterprise Plan
5. Click Upgrade to continue.

Step 3: Apply Your Subscription Credit

1. Your unused subscription time is automatically converted into credits.
2. Example: If you have 1 month left on your serial license, you’ll see that time reflected as a discount at checkout.

Step 4: Checkout Seamlessly

1. Complete your purchase using your preferred credit card.
2. Your credits are applied instantly, so you only pay the difference.

Step 5: Enjoy Your New SaaS Experience

1. Visit your Profile Page under Platform Plans to see your active plan.
2. Once activated, your old serial license is retired, and you’re fully upgraded to the SaaS experience.
