How do I cancel my Logicim XLGL Platform Plan subscription?
We understand that needs change, and at times you may need to cancel your Logicim XLGL Platform Plan subscription. The cancellation process is straightforward and ensures you remain in control of your account.
Who can cancel a subscription?
Only users with the Owner role on the Platform Plan can cancel a subscription.
Steps to cancel your subscription
- Sign in to your Logicim account
- Sign in to your Logicim account and go to your Profile page.
- Go to the Platform Plans tab
- Navigate to the Platform Plans tab under your profile.
- Select the plan you wish to cancel by clicking the
Managebutton. - Confirm that you have the Owner role.
- Cancel the Plan
- In the Manage plan page, click the
Updatebutton (with pencil icon). - Locate the
Statusfield and change the status to Inactive. - Click
Updateto save your changes. - Cancellation Confirmation
- You will receive an email confirming that your plan has been cancelled.
What happens after cancellation?
- No further automatic renewals will occur.
- Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly).
- No additional charges will be applied after the billing period ends.
- Once the plan expires, you will lose access to all Logicim XLGL Platform Plan features.
