Logicim's ready-to-use Sage 50 US Quote Register
Introduction
A Quote Register is a report or log that records all sales quotations issued to customers, including their status and details.
Select this Report to track, manage, and monitor quotes from creation through acceptance, rejection, or conversion into sales orders or invoices.

What the Report Does
This report displays a complete list of all customer quotations, including key details such as quote number, date, customer name, status, and amounts. It helps users monitor whether quotes are still unconverted or already turned into sales, while also showing financial breakdowns like total amount, sales tax, and non-commissionable values. In addition, the report provides visual summaries such as status breakdowns and trends in quote amounts, making it easier to analyze quote activity and track sales performance over time.
How to Use the Report
1) Enter the starting and end dates in C9 and C10. Then, select in C11 what kind of Quote Status you wish to show: All, Converted, Unconverted
2) Click Refresh on the XLGL ribbon.
3) Review the result:
a) Report
b) Chart
Customization Options
- Adjust the desired year in the Parameters sheet to generate data for a different period.
- Select the column and row you want to filter by clicking the Autofilter
