Activating Logicim XLGL license

You can activate Logicim XLGL using either:

1. A Plan Code if you are using the new Logicim XLGL Platform Plan (SaaS)
2. A Serial Number if you are using the traditional licensing model

Activate Using the New Logicim XLGL Platform Plan (SaaS)

Your Plan Code

You can find your Plan Code in your Logicim profile.

1. Go to your profile
2. In the left menu, select Logicim XLGL Platform Plans
3. Locate your Platform Plan subscription
4. Click Manage
5. In the plan details, find the Code field containing the 10-character Plan Code

Option 1: Activate Using the Connect Button

1. Open Excel
2. Go to the XLGL ribbon
3. Click Connect
4. Sign in using your Logicim credentials
5. If multiple Plan Codes are available, select the appropriate Plan Code

Your license will activate automatically.

Option 2: Activate Using the About Button

1. Open Excel
2. Go to the XLGL ribbon
3. Click About
4. Open Licensing
5. Sign in using your Logicim credentials
6. If multiple Plan Codes are available, select the appropriate Plan Code
7. If only one Plan Code is assigned, activation will continue automatically

Activate Using a Serial Number (Traditional Licensing)

Your serial numbers

Find your serial numbers in your profile.

1. Go to your profile
2. In the left menu, select Serial numbers

This will take you to the table that contains your serial numbers.

Activating your license in Excel

To activate your license after your first installation of Logicim XLGL:

1. Go to the XLGL ribbon in Excel
2. Click Activate
3. Enter your serial number and click Validate to activate your Logicim XLGL license
4. or click 30-day trial to try your Logicim XLGL license

To activate your license after starting the 30-day trial:

1. Go to the XLGL ribbon in Excel
2. In the Resources section, click About
3. Click Activate
4. Enter your serial number
5. Click Activate to activate your Logicim XLGL license
