How do I add more licenses to my Platform Plan?
Expanding your team? With Logicim’s Platform Plan, adding more licenses is fast, secure, and flexible — so your growing business can keep moving without interruption.
Who Can Add Licenses
Only users with the Owner or Buyer role can add licenses to a Platform Plan. This protects your subscription’s security and ensures changes remain consistent and authorized.
Before You Begin:
Be sure to understand the difference between Original License Count and License Count to avoid future confusion. Original License Count is the number of licenses you’ve already paid for(buying the product or adding more license), while your License Count reflects your current active licenses. Example: If you purchased 3 licenses but decide to use only 2, you can update your License Count down to 2. You’ll only be able to use 2 licenses, but you can increase it back to 3 at any time before your next renewal.
Adding Licenses: Step-by-Step
- Check Your Current License Count
- Go to your Profile page and open the Platform Plans tab.
- Select the plan where you’d like to add licenses by clicking the
Managebutton. - On this page, you’ll see Original License Count (licenses already paid for) and License Count (active licenses).
- Increase Your License Count
- Update the License Count field to match the total licenses you need.
- If your License Count exceeds your Original License Count, a confirmation message will appear. Click
Yes, please proceedto add the new item to your Shopping Cart. - Complete Checkout
- A prorated coupon will be automatically applied, ensuring you only pay for the remaining days until your next renewal.
- Choose your payment method and confirm. If you use a different credit card during checkout, this will update your saved payment method for future renewals.
- Activate Your New Licenses
- Once payment is complete, your Original License Count and License Count will update instantly — allowing your new users to start working without delay.
Important Notes
- Personal Plans cannot add licenses. To grow your team, upgrade to a Business or Enterprise Plan first(upcoming feature).
- Adding licenses beyond your Original License Count always requires checkout and payment.
