How do I convert my Serial Number to the new Logicim XLGL Platform Plan?

Converting a serial number to Logicim's new Logicim XLGL Platform Plan ensures uninterrupted access to features. The new Logicim XLGL Platform Plan provides a more scalable, flexible, and user-based licensing experience.

Step-by-Step Conversion Guide

Step 1. Sign-in and access your Serial Number

1. Sign in and go to the Profile page.
2. Open the Serial numbers tab.
3. Locate the serial number you want to convert.
4. Click Renew.

You will be redirected to the Renew page.

Step 2. Start the Conversion

1. Click another Renew button. The available Logicim XLGL Platform Plan options will be displayed.

Step 3. Choose a Logicim XLGL Platform Plan

The available plans depend on the number of licenses associated with the selected serial number. If the license count matches the minimum requirement for a plan, that plan will appear as an option.

1. Review the available plans and select the one that best fits your needs.

Available Logicim XLGL Platform Plan options:

1. Personal Plan – For 1 user, with access on up to 2 computers
2. Business Plan – Minimum of 2 users, no maximum, with access on up to 2 computers per user
3. Enterprise Plan – Minimum of 2 users, no maximum, with access on up to 3 computers per user and support for all roles
4. Review pricing and features before finalizing your choice.

Step 4. Confirm the Conversion

1. Click Renew in the plan comparison cards to confirm the selected plan.

The selected Logicim XLGL Platform Plan will be added to the shopping cart.

If the serial number has not yet expired, the system automatically applies a coupon based on the remaining subscription time.

If the conversion item is removed from the cart, the coupon is also removed.

1. Click Check out and continue your transaction.

Step 5. Complete Checkout and Access your new Logicim XLGL Platform Plan

1. Click PAY NOW once you reach the checkout page.

After the purchase is complete, you will be redirected to the Success page.

1. Click the Manage Platform Plans button or return to Profile page.
2. Open the Logicim XLGL Platform Plans tab to manage the converted plan.
