Program Income Statement
This Report shows an income statement for a selected program within a given date range.
Prerequisites
- Logicim XLGL version 5.0 or higher
- Microsoft Excel 2016 or higher
- Sage 50 Canadian Edition (2014 and later)
What the Report does
This Report provides a quick view of an income statement per program.
How to use the Report
1. On the Instructions worksheet, enter the from and to dates in cells C8 and C9. In cell C10 of the same worksheet, select the fund you want to analyze.

2. The Report updates automatically when you change the dates or program selection.
Common use cases
This Report saves time by providing quick access to a program's income statement within a specified date range.
Troubleshooting
Issue A: No values appear on the worksheet.
Solution A: Ensure your account has permission to access Accounts & General Ledger.
Issue B: Incorrect values appear on the worksheet.
Solution B: Verify that you are connected to the correct company.

Q: Can I hide accounts I don’t need?
A: Yes. You can hide the rows of accounts you don’t want to include before printing.
Q: Can I create comparative income statements?
A: Yes. First, you need to highlight and cut (Ctrl + X) the date range parameters (C8 and C9) on the Instructions worksheet. Then, paste the cut cells preferably in D1 of the Income Statement worksheet like this:

Next, copy the entire D column and paste it preferably in E1 or F1 then customize the date range like this:

Best practices
Always connect to the correct company before loading this Report. Select the Refresh after opening checkbox to ensure company-specific data loads automatically, without the need to click Refresh manually.
