This Report provides a detailed monthly breakdown of your organization’s financial position for a specific fiscal year. 

Prerequisites 

1. Logicim XLGL version 5.0 or higher  
2. Microsoft Excel 2016 or higher  
3. Sage 50 US Edition (2021 and above) 

What the Report does 

The Balance sheet 12-month fiscal breaks down your organization’s financial position monthly for a specific fiscal year. This Report tracks assets, liabilities, and equity month by month, revealing financial health and trends 

How to use the Report 

1. Open the Report workbook. 
2. Go to the Instructions sheet. 
3. Locate the Fiscal year parameter field 
4. Enter the desired year (e.g., 2024) 
5. Navigate to the Balance sheet worksheet. 
6. The columns will display data for January through December of the selected fiscal year

1. Annual financial reviews to assess the organization’s fiscal standing. 
2. Year-end audits require monthly data consistency.

1. Issue: Incorrect values from January to December columns.
