The Inventory and Services Summary report presents a consolidated overview of inventory items and services, including summarized quantities, values, usage, and activity.

What the Report does

Aggregates information about physical goods and non-physical services.,Provides a high-level view of availability, usage, and value without transaction-level detail.,Includes Report and Chart views for analysis.

How to use the Report

Step 1: Enter the start and end dates in cells C8 and C9.

Step 2: On the XLGL ribbon, click Refresh.

Step 3: Review the results in the Report and Chart views.

Customization options

Use Autofilter in the Pivot Table header to select a specific part number.

Common use cases

  1. Review inventory and service performance at a high level.
  2. Monitor stock levels, item value, and service-usage trends.
  3. Support management reporting and resource decisions.

Troubleshooting

Issue: No data appears after refresh.
Solution: Verify the entries in C8 and C9 and confirm that records exist for the selected date range.
