What the Report does

Aggregates inventory data across available items, categories, or locations.,Presents overall stock levels and valuation without transaction-level detail.,Includes Report and Chart views for analysis.

How to use the Report

Step 1: Enter the start and end dates in cells C8 and C9.

Step 2: On the XLGL ribbon, click Refresh.

Step 3: Review the results in the Report and Chart views.

Customization options

Add Autofilter to the Pivot Table header to select a specific item number.

Common use cases

  1. Review total inventory quantity and value at a glance.
  2. Monitor overall stock availability and distribution.
  3. Identify potential shortages or excess stock for management decisions.
