The Items Sold to Customers by Location Report provides a detailed sales analysis organized by inventory location and customer. Use the Report to review item profitability, compare sales and cost information, and assess gross margin percentages.

- Microsoft Windows 10 Pro, Windows 11 Pro, or Windows Terminal Server (2012 and above)
- Microsoft Office 365
- Sage 50 US edition (2021 and above)

What the Report Does
The Items Sold to Customers by Location Report displays detailed sales transactions and financial metrics in an optimized view. Review Item Locations, customer names, item IDs, and stocking units, along with sales and profitability information.
Compare total amounts, Cost of Sales, gross profit, and Gross Margin % to evaluate item performance. The Chart worksheet summarizes sales by location, customer, and item class, providing a quick overview of sales performance.
How to Use the Report
Step 1: Enter the start date in C8 and the end date in C9 on the Instructions worksheet.

Step 2: Click Refresh on the XLGL ribbon to update the Report.

Step 3: Review the sales transactions, costs, and gross margins on the Report worksheet.

Step 4: Review the sales summaries by location, customer, and item class on the Dashboard worksheet.

Customization Options
- Use the column filter arrows on the Report worksheet to filter by Item Location, Customer Name, Item ID, or other visible fields.
- Change the reporting period by entering different dates in C8 and C9, then refresh the Report.
- Request a customized version through the customization link on the Instructions worksheet or by using this link.
