What the Report does

Combines physical inventory items and non-physical services in one structured view.,Supports consistent item setup for sales, purchasing, invoicing, and billing.,Provides Report and Chart views for reviewing results.

How to use the Report

Step 1: Enter the start and end dates in cells C8 and C9.

Step 2: On the XLGL ribbon, click Refresh.

Step 3: Review the results in the Report and Chart views.

Customization options

Use Autofilter in the Pivot Table header to select a specific part number.

Common use cases

  1. Maintain a centralized list of products and services.
  2. Standardize item codes, descriptions, pricing, and classifications.
  3. Support sales, purchasing, invoicing, and billing processes.

Troubleshooting

Issue: No data appears after refresh.
Solution: Verify the entries in C8 and C9 and confirm that records exist for the selected date range.
